At Eikhaugen, we practically live in nature's own food basket. We sow and reap most of the essentials when it comes to preparing for slow food cuisine. Both from the fjord, the forrest and the surrounding mountains and of course from our own garden, "Vetle Hardanger" ("Vetle" means "Litle"). This garden or park if you may, is open for visiting for our groups of guests.
